This policy explains the information used by ReefLaboratory.com and the choices available to visitors.
Optional Google Analytics
Optional analytics is off by default, with no automatic popup. You can choose “Allow analytics” below to enable Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, scrolling, outbound links, and important store actions such as choosing a Node One configuration, adding an item to the cart, and beginning checkout.
We do not send names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details, passwords, camera data, aquarium data, or Stripe checkout-session identifiers to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our site tag.
Google Analytics may process information such as your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your network connection, the page path, referring site, and a first-party analytics identifier after consent. Orders and shipping
When you request shipping rates or place an order, the information you enter is used to calculate delivery options, create the Stripe Checkout session, process payment, fulfill the order, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records. Payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by this website.
Local browser storage
The store uses browser storage for your cart, selected Node One configuration, and analytics choice. Cart and configuration storage are necessary to carry your selections between store pages.
